Main Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process
• Create and implement HR processes
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques
• Propose best HR practices to maximize the team effectiveness
• Take on various HR roles in order to support all the team
• Organize agendas for interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and advanced interviews

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree from a related field
• +2 years of experience in HR functions
• A perfect team-player with excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset and proactive attitude
• Fluency in English

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of Game development experience in Unity
• Good knowledge of C# and Unity
• Good sense of gameplay experience
• Self motivated
• Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach
• Open-minded and easy to communicate

Nice to Have:

• Track record with Hyper Casual games
• Good knowledge of mobile gaming trends
